Here I am on the cover of Orbis #151. I was very excited by this when it happened – and then my poem was voted the best by the readers of that issue, and Carole Baldock put it forward for the Forward Prize. (I wasn’t shortlisted, though). I think Carole must’ve been quite pleased, though, as she later accepted me as Associate Editor of the magazine.
